Nelson, Joe

Joe has been with the Co-Lab for two years, coordinating SCORM certification, adding SCORM conformance to internal products, developing LibSCORM, and assisting in various software development and web projects. He holds a BS in mathematics from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
