Rovy Branon was appointed as the executive director of the AADLC in June 2007. Prior to his appointment, he was employed by Eli Lilly and Company in Indianapolis, Indiana as the U.S. Sales Division's leader of learning strategy and instructional design. Rovy has more than 17 years of experience leading teams developing instructional media in large corporate environments, start-up companies, museums, and higher education.

In addition to his current AADLC appointment with the University of Wisconsin System, Rovy remains an adjunct faculty member in Indiana University's Instructional Systems Technology Department.
