Overview

The Wisconsin Testing Organization tests Learning Management Systems and Learning Content Management Systems for SCORM® 2004 Run-Time and Sequencing conformance. There is a non-refundable $2,000 USD fee. The total cost is based on the time and complexity of each individual test.

Getting Started

1. Complete a successful self-test with the ADL Self-Test Suite. Make sure to follow the instructions carefully. Take note of how you log out of the course and include special instructions with your application if necessary.
2. Fill out Form 01-b, Form 02 and Form 03. You can send your application by email, fax, or postal mail.
3. NEW: Record relevant details about the User Interface in Form 09. Optionally, contact the Testing Center to set up a consultation.
4. Submit all forms along with the Self-Test logs (Summary and Detail) to the Testing Center.
5. Please submit a manual that includes instructions on how to add users, import SCORM packages, enroll users, and launch courses.
6. Ship your product to the Testing Center, or if you are approved for remote testing, send access instructions.

Test Logs

We only accept self-test logs from the SCORM 2004 3rd Edition Conformance Test Suite Version 1.0.2. Check to see that your log header matches the following text:

If the content has successfully passed the Self-Test, you should see the following text at the bottom of the log:

	The LMS is SCORM 2004 3rd Edition Conformant, as tested in accordance with the SCORM 2004 3rd Edition Conformance Test Suite Version 1.0.2
	Successful outcome of this test does not constitute ADL Certification unless the test has been conducted by an ADL Certified Auditor.
