Q: How do I submit forms and evidence?

A: All evidence may be submitted by e-mail (with attachments or by URL), postal mail, or fax. Form IMS 01: Conformance Registration Agreement must be signed and submitted via fax or postal mail only. All other forms may also be submitted electronically. Please refer to the IMS Conformance Evaluation Home Page for contact information.

Q: What payment methods does the Wisconsin Testing Organization accept?

A: The Wisconsin Testing Organization accepts checks, money orders, credit cards (Visa or MasterCard only, sorry) or wire transfers.

Q: How can I participate in the Inagural Product listing ?

A: The Inaugural Product list will be composed of products where:
     -     an intent to submit an evaluation is received to WTO by July 31, and
     -     a valid form etc is submitted by 15 Sept, and
     -     the product is determined to be conformant
